Calendar Data: Events, reminders, descriptions, dates, times, and locations you create within the App. Expense Data: Expense titles, amounts, categories, dates, notes, and receipt images you upload. Health Data: If you use the cycle tracker feature, we store menstrual cycle start dates and cycle length preferences. Holiday Preferences: Your selected countries for holiday display. Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics purposes. Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage frequency and session duration.
We use the information we collect to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality - Create and manage your user account - Display your calendar events, reminders, and expense records - Generate cycle predictions based on your recorded data - Display public holiday information for your selected countries - Store and display receipt images you upload - Send you reminders and notifications you have configured - Respond to your support requests and communications - Analyze usage patterns to improve the App (aggregated, non-personal data only) - Comply with legal obligations
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds, ensuring they cannot be reversed or read in plain text. Receipt images are stored in secure cloud storage (Amazon S3) and are accessible only through authenticated requests linked to your account. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: Service Providers: We use third-party services (cloud hosting, storage) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
The App integrates with the following third-party services: Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to the authentication process. Nager.Date API: We use this free public API to retrieve public holiday data for various countries. No personal data is sent to this service. Cloud Storage (S3): Receipt images are stored using Amazon Web Services S3. AWS's data processing terms apply to stored files. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
The App uses session cookies to maintain your login state and local storage to save your language preference and UI settings. These are essential for the App to function properly and cannot be disabled while using the App. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: Access: You can view all your personal data within the App at any time. Correction: You can edit your events, expenses, and profile information directly in the App. Deletion: You can delete individual events, expenses, and reminders. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of the request, except where retention is required by law. Password reset tokens expire automatically after 30 minutes. Cached holiday data is refreshed periodically and does not contain personal information.
Your data may be stored and processed in servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take appropriate measures to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
